When you send an inquiry, you provide your name, email address, company, selected area of interest and message. Phone and country are optional. Please share only what is needed for your inquiry and avoid sensitive personal data or confidential documents.
Hosting, delivery and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request time and delivery or abuse-prevention records.

Hitekspark is responsible for the use of your inquiry information. We use it to understand your request, respond to you, arrange a relevant discussion or demo, and manage related follow-up. Technical records support delivery, security and spam prevention.
The form asks for your agreement before sending. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell inquiry information.

We retain inquiry records for the time needed to respond, manage related follow-up and meet applicable legal obligations. Records that are no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized. You may contact us to request deletion of a specific inquiry.
Delivery providers may retain submitted information for up to three years unless a shorter period or earlier deletion applies. Deletion from one system may not immediately remove copies held in email, backups or records retained to meet legal obligations.
Inquiries are transmitted to the delivery service over an encrypted connection. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal documents.
